no sling mounts what the heck
 

i bought my Mossberg 12 500 from walmart for 209 it is wood i love the gun but it did not come with the sling mounts like my first 500 camo turkey gun did why is this just a miss from the factory or did i just get stock with the model that doesn't have them

also how hard are they to but in i wont to get a sling for it but there are no mounts what should i do

Not hard at all. You will have to drill a hole for the buttstock, and the forend just replace the end cap on the slide. You can pick them up for around $20-25.
