For whitetail, out of what you mentioned - the 454 Casull!

The 460 gives you the best of the .460 S&W, 454 Casull, and 45 Long Colt. You can essentially shoot any of the above three out of that one gun.

That being said, be forewarned, any handgun with a compensated or ported barrel is going to be very very LOUD when you shoot it. Unless I am looking at a gun for target shooting only, my preference is for a non-ported barrel.

I've hunted with all of the pistols below including a Colt single action (not in the pic) From the top down...

Ruger SBH with Leupold X2 .44Mag
Ruger Vaquero (old style) fixed open sights .44Mag
Magnum Research BFR adjustable open sights 454 Casull
Ruger Blackhawk adjustable open sights .45 Colt
Colt Single Action Army fixed open sights .45 Colt

I enjoy hunting with all of them...I have no favorite.

I haven't shot any of the handguns you mentioned in your post. But I have heard good reports on the 460 and 454. The 500 is a bit much for deer IMO. But dead is dead for sure. The recoil for these guys could be pretty stout for someone not used to shooting a big bore handgun.
The handguns I use for hunting are the S&W 29 8 3/8" in .44 and the T/C Contender in 7-30 Waters or 35 Rem. All 3 of these have accounted for enough deer that I know they are more than adequate. The Contender gives me a bit more range. Good luck on your selection and let us know how you like whatever you choose.
