replacement stock

I have a Savage model 110 in 7mm Rem Mag. Ithas a heavy varmit barrel.Itis themost accuraterifle I personally have owned. One drawback, ithas the ugliest stock ever created. Can anyone recommend a good fiberglass/kevlar replacement stock? I saw some Bell and Carlson stocks in a Cabelas mag and some were full length aluminumand others pillar bedding. Which is better, full length or pillar bedding? They advertise it as a drop in design, but I suspect a gunsmith might disagree. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have 2 Savage rifles a 308 heavy barrel and a 243 ultralight both have Bell & carlson stocks I think they are good stocks for the money as for the bedding I would go with the full length bedding chad

Sometimes, stocks advertised as drop in do indeed fit without much hassle. I got a McMillan fiberglass for my Sako 75 and all I had to do is slightly trim around the bolt notch. Full length bedding blocks are probably superior to pillars (but maybe not enough difference to worry about). Good luck in your search.
