This is a little off topic, I reckon....but is this gun going to be specifically for coyotes? If so, given your price range, a H&R in .223 would be about the same price and quadruple your range.....it's a single shot, but accurate.
But with the rimfires, I'd personally go with the Savage in .17HMR....several of the varmiters around here use them as their primary 'yote and crow gun...I"ve seen kill shots out to about 150, and very little hide damage, if you were worried about that.

The beauty of a .22mag is that a fmj or solid bullet leaves exactly the same wound channel as a .22lr except with more penetration and range. The rifle's accuracy will determine your max effective range. For example,my kimber is accurate out to 150 yards while my ruger ans marlin are accurate to 100 yards max for squirrel sized game.

If you are 15, you are going to have to get your parents involved. They will have to purchase, own, and posses the rifle. Depending on the laws in your state, they may have to be with you when you use the rifle. They can give it to you when you are 18. I would recomend going to a local store (like Dick's, Cabela's, or Bass Pro) with your parents.
