Remington 700 Models?

Looking at the Remington 700 Models...What is the difference between all the models? That is...BDL, CDL, SPS...SPS Stainless.....etc...All I can really tell is the difference in the stock. What are the opinions out there?

A 700 is a 700. The differences are in the stocks and cosmetics. At least until you get into their custom shop.

What he said. I'm not familiar with the SPS models, but the ADL, BDL, CDL guns are just different levels of fit and finish of the gun and stock. ADL is the base model, CDL is "fully loaded" before going to custom ordered options. I have a CDL Rem. 700 and love it! It is a very good shooter and it gets looks and compliments at the range.
