I saw that advertised in a gun magazine. Looks kind of cool. I'd rather get the new (comback) .405 Winchester. Teddy Roosevelt's favorite African game lever action gun.

Sad thing is, Winchester said they are only making a limited return production on that rifle. So....the gun will be expensive.

i heard the .410 is junk... i wish it weren't true being a winchester lover but from what people say the gun isn't cracked up all its suppost to be.

jjoel...I went to a gun shop to look at an O/U and saw the win 9410. The salesman there actually said that there had been a lot of complaints about the action. He also said that the shells don't cycle all that well.

I was not aware of it...but I read that the 9410 only shoots the 2.5" shell. Those aren't really good for hunging.
