I've seen the Wal-Mart Weatherby in .270 Win, .30-06 Sprngfd and .300 Wby Mag. All have had synthetic stocks.

you might want to check Kmart too. I just bought the Savage 111 package in 30-06 for $304. I would definately shop around. Gunsof america is a good place to look, as well as Guns and ammo's auction site.

Don't buy anything from Kmart! They sold us out to the anti gun groups.Wal*mart is still on our side along with your local gun shops.Support those looking out for our freedoms and rights not those taking them away from us.

I know the manager of the local Walmart and they don't buy any guns except from the wholesalers as they need them. You won't find a gun on a Walmart truck. Unless the driver is packin'.
They might get a better price because the wholesaler knows they will buy a lot of guns. But then Walmart doesn't have the mark-up that most places have.
