Shotgun problem, Little help please.

Yesterday I was shooting some clays (getting ready for the dove hunt) and I noticed that my gun wasn't ejecting shells properly and even holding them at times. When they would eject they would only throw a few inches whereas before this gun would throw an empty a couple feet.

It's a Remington 1100 premiere 12 ga.

I've had this gun for many many years and has always performed well, this is the first time EVER that I've had any problem at all.

Any ideas.

Oh and BTW, It was cleaned and oiled just a couple days ago after shooting some clays where it was just fine.

Try cleaning the chamber and action agian. Then use very, very little oil and try again.

I'm willing to try anything right now.

I do have others but this one is my favorite.

What ammo were you shooting? Sounds like not enough Port Pressure......

Shooting a target/dove load, but i've shot thousands of these same loads without fail.

Have you checked your O-ring? I always keep a few on hand because they can last years, or months. Good luck
