Sauer Rifle is that a good deal?
 

I have the chance to get my hands on a Sauer Rifle.It is a 308 and has never been shot.He said he got it 15 years ago or so.It whould be from my uncle who I don't talk to toomuch.It has a color blemish in the forend of the stock from where it was sitting on it's holder.Overall the gun looks new as he claims. I don't know what model it is and he don't remember.To help you figure the model out here is a description.The safety is released easily and silently right in front of the trigger.Also when the bolt is not cocked the end of the boltruns into the rest of the medal on the gun as if it was one pice.The new models are the same way.The stock is two pices.He wants $1000.00. He said it is worth allot more than that.Is that a good deal?
