Composite Stoks
 
Does anyone fill their composite stocks with foam if so what type or brand do you use?

WHat kind of materials can you use? Do you ever add weight?

The only thing I have used is a can foam called great stuff.I
don't need any weight added to it just want to get rid of the hollow sound,when you hunt with one you have to be so carefull to not touch anything with the stock because it makes so much noise.If you have one run your finger nail down the stock and you can see what I mean.
I talked to a gun smith and he said that he had put different things in some for noise and weight.
I wished the stock companies wold come up with a stiffer foam in a can to use,the stuff (great Stuff) isn't as stiff as I want when it cures,but it does dampen the sound some.
Was wanting to know if anyone used something else that I didn't know about to try.
