Help me pick a pistol

RE: Help me pick a pistol
Why SA over DA? For me it's just personal preferance. Isimply prefer the feel of the SA's. In shooting SA, be it with a DA/SA or a straight SA, you'll get beter trigger control with the shoter SA trigger. Factory triggers mean nothing to me now as there's simply so mcuh that can be done to them and done very easily. While Ruger may have less-than-perfect trigegrs, they're easily taken care of with springs and a bit of polishing. What's important more than DA or SA is how the revolver feels in your hand. The one that feels more natural and comfortable to hold will feel better to shoot and easier to shoot accuratly.

Thanks guys...I guess either one will do for what I want.I will just have to see how they feel.Since the trigger is a bigger issue to me then I may go with the S&W.I see the RSH with 7.5" barrel weighs the same as the S&W model 629 with an 8 3/8" barrel.I would tend to believe that sincethe S&Whas a longer barrel it would shoot better and the barrel flip would be less noticeable.Am I right?I can scope the S&W if I changed my mind couldn't I?

Here is my new REVOLVER...[8D]
It's a superblackhawk.I decided to go with it because it was a little more than 200 bucks less than the others, and I will be using it primarily for hunting. Thanks for all the help.
Here is my first shooting session with it.Distances of 15 to 25 yds.

Ruger is definetely worth the vote. I own that gun and can say it is extremely awesome!!!!! The trigger seems very smooth. I shoot it very little without cocking so it can't really be rough. It is super accurate and with arest and scope, I'm sure it could keep up to my TC muzzleloader or slug gun.
I have limited experience with other pistols but I know a good one when I see it and the Ruger is top of the line.
By the way, make sure you wear ear protection. I didn't once and I couldn't hear for a day or two[&:]It's a hand cannon!!!
