rings and bases

What would be a good set of rings and bases for a Remington 700 270. I have looked at Leopolds and see they make a one or a two piece base. What would be better?

Leupold makes very good bases and rings. I prefer and have the two piece leu's on my savage .300 win mag and also on my savage 10ML-II ML.
