RE: Jewel Triggers

The Jewell trigger is arguably one of the best triggers if not the best in the world. They are available for M700, M70, ARplatform and at one time for the Ruger 10/22. I have a few on M700 based rifles and they are simply superb. Even when set to mere ounces they are completely safe, no slam fires whatsoever. I am really impressed with that part, I can drop the rifle, hit the action etc and it will never fire until the trigger is pulled. Arnold Jewell knew how make the best and now his I beleive his son has taken over the business. One word of warning though is when you get one it's going to make all others feel....well.....not so good. They are all stainless steel construction and hand fitted and are in the $200-225 neighborhood. Try one, you wont be disapointed.
