New catagory-gunsmithing

I believe this group is ready for a new catagory. Gunsmithing would see a lot of activity in my opinion. That way,it would be seperate from general firearms questions. Yall lemme know.

I like the idea unless it would turn anyone with a screw driver to attempt real gun smithing.;)I am a dangerous man with a screw driver set.:D

I've been gunsmithing for 26+ years and thought I could perhaps help people with questions.

Its hard enough for some people to post the correct topic in the correct forum as it is. We get reviews in the guns forum, reloading questions in the reviews forum, etc. Might as well leave everything in the guns forum and be done with it.

This is my favorite forum because it is set up in more distinct catagories so I like the idea.

I don't think the mere presence of a gunsmithing forum would lead the enqualified to try to do anything they're incapable of..... For one thing, a gunsmith needs more than a set of screwdrivers!

I'm not a professionally trained gunsmith, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.:D
