RE: OK, so what gives?
 

I've used Gunslick, & like it pretty well. I'm not altogether convinced, however, that the others aren't just about the same. I may have to try them some time.

After 55 rounds fired over 2 days, I let the rifle sit with foam from 3pm yesterday to 7am today. I pushed it out, then followed with 3 patches of Hoppes, & the final one was clean. Just in case, I foamed the bore again, & I'll check it this afternoon.

FWIW, yesterday the gun was putting 165 grain Interbonds right on the money: 3/4" @ 100 yds. 3 different brands of 180's were at 3" to 5". Doh!
