Ultramax Remanufactured ammo?

Is this stuff O.K.? I found it online cheaper than anything I have found to date. If it isn't junk I think I've found some ammo to try.

Its remanufactured ammo. I don't let remanufactured ammo get anywhere near my firearms anymore because of a bad incident in the past. 'Nuff said.

How and why, exactly, do you remanufacture ammo?

I mean, refurbing a computer or something is one thing...

but ammo?

I shoot Ultramax all the time. No problems here, shoots just as good as Black Hills for less money.

It is reloaded ammo why in the world would you not let reloaded ammo near your gun. Do you not want it to shoot as accurately as it could?
The only time this ammo should not be used is in pistols that do not fully support the chambered round. (glock) I have a few rifles that have only ever had reloads through them.

I have serious issues with shooting other people's reloads in my guns- I have no control over the QC of the ammo, and there are very few remanufacturers that have tight QC (Black Hills is the only one I trust) other outfits are likely to be someone who has an automated progressive press setup and a FFL to sell the ammo. Reloading has nothing to do with accuracy unless the ammo is reloaded to the tune of an individual firearm.

I was refuring to reloading your own ammo. But I would shoot a company's reloads what do you think that ultra max has some rinky dink shop in a storage shed somewhere. And are just slipping it past big companys that purchase it like cabelas that it is total crap and can not be trusted that's nonsense.

Your fingers, your face, your rifle, not mine. If saving a few pennies on a round of ammunition is more important to you then go for it.

The original poster asked for opinions, I gave mine. You don't necessarily have to agree with it or even like it.
