RE: what size bipod?

6"to9" bipod works best forme on the bench ,I use a monopod when I'm hunting it's adjustable for all situations where a bipod isn't for me .

If you are going to shoot it off a bench i use the 6-9 prone the 9-13. i dont usually use the big one which i believe is 13-23 or something but i have used ita few times sitting for coyotes. all around id get the 9-13

RE: what size bipod?

My friend and I both hunt together. We solved this dilema by getting Cabela's Versa-pods. I got the one for sitting and he got the one for prone. Both use the same base so its just a matter of determining which one you need. If I had to choose, I would get the one for sitting. You can always use your forearm or pack for a prone shot.
