RE: Which Rem 700
 

I bought 2 of the SPS rifles last 2years,one in 22/250 (blue)and one in 270(ss).Have shot more than a few one hole groups with both.Would think one in 308 would do the same.I remember the blue one was $419,but don't remember the exact price of the stainless but I think it was less than $100 difference.Both were less than $500 bucks
A couple weeks ago there was a young fellow at the range with a model 7 in 308,it had over 5 lbs on the trigger,I adjusted it to 3 lbs for him and it was shooting very well for him.(it had the new trigger in it).It sure was a pretty rifle,the barrel looked very short I am guessing a 20 in barrel.
