hard decision own rimfire

hi, im a big game hunter and love to hunt but i am fitting a battle between an .17hmr,.22mag or a .22lr bolt action i had the .17hmr which costed way too much to small game hunt with and a i had a .22magnum but i cost not to bad but blew squierreal and a .22lr which is a heck of a gun know im deciding own buying the .22lr or just go out and buy them all!what would yall get, i hunt in thick places and my average squierl shot is about 35 yards

35 yards?!?!?!?! slingshot :)

j/k. At that distance the 22lr is every bit as competant as ANY gun out there.

All you need is the .22lr. It is the cheapest to shoot and you can buy shells anywhere.

.22 lr! The others aren't going to offer anything else needed at any range under 100yrs.
