Leupold quick release scope mounts question??
 

I would like to buy several different barrels for my T/C Encore. To cut cost I would like to use the same scope. Are these mounts worth the money? And do they really go back to zero?

I was talking with a guy who had them on his ML. He said they are close but still need a minor adjustment. Like a click here or their. But if your swapping barrels, you'll be swapping calibers or styles as well...no? Impossible to keep zero with the change in ballistic, FPS, etc...POI will be different between a ML and a 270 for example. You'll still have to zero the gun. Just a thought!

A friend of mine uses this set up it works very well for him. He owns a few scopes with Leupold Quick Release Rings or them, and Leupold Quick Release Bases for all his barrels. Good luck.
