h/R ULTRA 20 SLUG GUN?

dOES ANY ONE KNOW THE BARREL TWIST RATE FOR THE 20 GAUGE ULTRA SLUG GUN. aN WHAT IS THE BEST SLUG TO USE WITH THIS GUN FOR SHOOTS FROM 20 YARDS TO 100 YARDS FOR DEER.

1:28 As far as what the best slug is you will just have to try some and find out. They tend to shoot the lighter faster slugs fairly well though because of the twist rate. Very similar to an inline muzzle loader in bullet size, weights and speeds.

If I had it to do over again I would get the Ultra in 20 ga instead of 12 like the one I have.

I have one - I love it! Never talked to anyone that didn't like these H&R single sluggers.Talked to a State Park Ranger last week who owns the 12g Ultra.He took a 10pnt at 205yrds this year with the 12g shooting Lightfields.The 20 I'm told is capable out to 170-180.

We have nothing but great things to say about or 12 and 20 USHs. Especially the accuracy!
