I second the motion for the Remington Buckhammers. If memory serves me correct, Remington has a special on their website listed under "The Buckhammer Challenge". It may have expired. But check it out anyway.

I own a mossberg 935, it has not jamed yet. I only shoot 3.5" shellsout of it, and because of the action it has 3" shell recoil so it does not hert.I do not shoot deer with it butI just shot my second turkey with it, and no problems.(3 1/2 in. shell)

oh, I forgot to mention to check out "Remington Premier AccuTip Bonded Slugs." They sound like they will get the job done. (only 3")
