best AR 15?
probably will be primarily used for coyotes and an occasional target shooting. make and model would be appreciated, price if possible would be great.

Mine's a Colt.
I hadn't heard of Dedicated Technologies before. I'm going to check that out. I think an AR in .243 would be sweet... What's a "parts house"? |
RE: best AR 15?
I thinkRidge Runneris referring to thefact thatmost AR-15 manufacturers use a lot of mil spec parts in their guns. Olympic Arms is big on making all their own stuff. As a Colt certified armorer and a gunsmith specializing in AR-15/M-16 rifles for 30 years, I am not real big on Olympic Arms rifles. I have found Colt, Bushmaster, Rock River, and Aramlite to be of very good quality and generally stay away from Olympic Arms.
