Bore Snake question
 

I own a Mossberg 835 which is a 12 gauge shotgun that is back bored to almost 10 gauge dimensions. I was wondering if anyone uses a Bore Snake to clean theirs and whether they use a 10 or 12 gauge snake. Iuse Bore Snakes to clean my rifles and really like them and wondered if anyone had any suggestions.

i used one on my 303 and i loved it aswell id never buy another cleaning system there great let me refraise that there ossom. why use a 10 use the 12 it was made for it was it not i dont think they made it for the 410. if you use the wrong tool you may break the tool or the victom of the tool. no i wouldent use the 10 on your gun i could allmost guarente that you will be buying a new bore snake it will bend more than it should and over time it wont do a propper job but thats my opinion, not from experience

I have a 12 ga. bore snake that I use for my 12 ga. rifle barrel and find it works very well...
