RE: inches of angle?

MOA = 1/60th of a degree and equals 1.0472" at 100yds.

I am not exactly sure of IOA, having always worked with MOA, but I would think, that IOA is exactly 1.000" at 100yds. Not exactly sure equates to in degrees.
