444 marlin

I have had a 444 marlin for over 20 years and love the big bore rifle. Has anyone had any luck with a 444 marlin?

I've killed several deer with mine... Shot a 120lb 4 point once. Hit him in the right hind quater and came out the left shoulder... Dropped him in his tracks!!!!

Also pulled off a 100 yard shot threw open hard woods ... dropped in it's tracks...

Love my 444 Marlin;)

No I have not, but I would really like to get a Marlin XLR in .444 some time in the not too distant future.

ZMy .444 marlin doesnt have the xlr package but it a good one, it like the hornady ammo.

My .444 Marlin is not the XLR either but it loves the LeverEvolution ammo.

I love my 444's. I have two of them, a Winchester 94 Big Bore and I shoot it though a 15" Encore pistol.
Excellant accuracy and an amazing range of choices for ammo, especially if you reload.
