FN 40Cal

Bass pro has some of the FN 40's on sale. I love thier rifles. But have zero experience with thier semis. They are wanting $480 for one.

I just don't see me getting a small bore like that, bigcountry. But if you buy one, would love to hear about it.

Their pistols arefairly nice, well made and reasonably well finished, but the spare mags are a touch pricy last I looked. And spare parts is almost non-existant right now. I owned one for about 2 weeks, got it in a trade deal mainly for trade stock. Personally I prefer Springfield XD's, .40 S&W, a bit heavy but oh such a nice shooter and love the grip angle.

They're nice pistols for the price. Good quality, fairly accurate, points well, lightweight. A friend got the 9mm model and put a light and laser on it for home defense, and it's a pretty nice rig.
