Benelli Pump Shotgun Thoughts

My buddy has talked me into giving pheasant hunting a shot (pun intended). I'm looking at a 12 guage Benelli Nova pump and would like to hear any opinions that are out there. Looking at the Remington 870 Wingmaster as a "close second".

Please forgive the cross-post. I started in the Upland Game forum, but noticed that there's a lot more activity in this one.

Just picked up a Nova. Really like it. Shot it during a sporting clays session and shot my best score. I usually shoot a Ruger Red Label Over and Under. Took it duck hunting, deer hunting and plan to take it pheasent hunting. For the money can't beat the gun.

I bought a Nova last year and put it through a real good workout waterfowl hunting,deer hunting and Spring gobbler.No failures and no disappointments at all.Really like the gun!
