Gun Sling Help

I need a sling for my Marlin 45/70 1895 guide gun.
Need help on a choice. I will be guiding with it if that makes any difference.

Thanks

I'd go with a M1907 style sling as it provides good field rest stability as well as being a carry strap.
The old military sling will fit in great with your1895.
It helps to add a few leather laces through the adjustment holes.
Keeps every thing tight...Use mink oil for a limber, more comfortable carry, especially while climbing with rifle overback.

I found the perfect sling, check out the "Ultraflex Rifle and shotgun sling" on the link below.
