can never have enough to me...i am 15 and have 6 long guns and a pistol....and have 2 other longguns that are my grandmas but i keep them here i am buying one day...and plan on a few more in the future...i will always have a gun i want...ive shot 100s of guns everything from rifles and shotguns to pistols and machine guns....theres tons of toys for guys like us!!

What started out as one shotgun 20 years ago has spiralled out of control. It's infinitely endless. Having a C&R FFL makes things worse. Look through a new ShotGun news or wholesaler catalogs, see something ya like, make a call, give credit card # and presto, in a few days UPS brings new gun to the house. It basically took over one of the spare bedrooms of my house. Then ya have to get a crate or two of ammo for the new caliber. Man, what havoc it wreaks!

All of them. To be truly happy, I'd have to have one of each and every gun ever made.

Only one is needed.You can only shoot one at a time. So why have more then one???? Opps I'm starting to sound like the ex. The more the merrier.

I can't honestly say ,but I've never had so many that it made me unhappy if that helps any .<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> Boy ,I thought this was one of those how many you got questions like my ex's lawyer tried to ask me.

Well my cabinet is full, I guess it's time to get a bigger cabinet. What's next, oh so many guns not enough money. I personally look at the practicality of the gun and weigh that against the purchase price. If it'll do more than one thing and do them well then it's gonna be in my cabinet. Then there is always, Well that's different. I just have to be the guy in the woods with something different.

Toons I used to go to the Pomona gunshow in California . they advertised that they had 5200 tables at the show . Almost eight miles of guns ,you would have loved it .Thats another one we lost .

I'm over the more the better syndrome. I go more for Quality than Quantity. To each his own if a room full makes you happy go for it. Limited funds also has a lot to do with &quot;# of guns&quot; one has.

The slingshot is my weapon of choice, deadly up to 40'. A few years back I shot a bluejay off a tree limb, the thing hit the ground like a hammer. My youngest daughter was with me and will never let me forget it. Actually I didn't think I had 1 chance in a Million of hittting it.

I have more guns in my case than its designed to hold, problem is I'd rather spend my money on another gun than another case.

Overheard by me: My wife once asked my mother why I needed so many guns, my mother replied &quot;You need a shotgun for goose and duck hunting, another for grouse and pheasants, another for trap shooting, and another for skeet. You need at least one .22 for squirrels, another for target shooting, a deer rifle for long shots and another deer rifle for short shots. And if there are 2 hunters in the house you need to double that number.&quot;

Well lets see. I have

4 rifle 270 weatherby mag, 338 win mag, 7mm rem mag, 22 in ruger I am still not happy

3 handguns 22 ruger govt comp bull slab barrel, sig p232 380 Dan Wesson 445 supermag still not even close to being happy.

1 shotgun ruger red label. Love it but need a slug gun so nope not happy.

conclusion NOT close to being happy. How much to be happy. Don't know If I ever get there I will let you know.

Well I have nine so far two 12ga, .270, .444., .50 cal mzl, single shot .22, semi .22, .22 buckmark and a pellet gun. Not even close to being happy. I still need a 300mag. .338, .223, semi auto 20 & 12 ga, 7mm mag, 480 Ruger (badly), 30-06, .416 for that Africa hunt one day, and a few more as time progresses. So no I don't think you can ever have too many guns!!!!!!!
