Sounds like you are Building a custom gun. If so and you plan to have it squared and action tuned. It will cost you Around $450 for an action.
Unless you can do the work,you will end up with $1000 in the actiom alone.Why not conseder a Lawson 7000 or a Preditor action by stiller
they are direct copyies of the 700 Remington with no work needed.
You would have less in the rifle and more acurate Rifle .
