RE: Sako Hunter 75 Question
My 75 7mm Rem mag still copper fouls like crazy after250 or so rounds. On the other hand, it shoots great. So,don't let the copper bother you too much. How itshoots (especially that first shot out of a cold barrel)is what matters.

RE: Sako Hunter 75 Question
CHMA, I will emailTerttu tonight. Thanks
Solitaryman, you are shooting 250 rounds and having copper fouling??? I am only shooting 10 and having problems!!!
Spencer0071, I tried the beretta site, no luck; however, I will be calling them tomorrow.
Swampdog, I tried the Sako collectors club but didn't find what I was looking for. They seem to have posts about older guns.
Thanks for all the imput guys.

RE: Sako Hunter 75 Question
I gave up a long time ago at trying to get all the copper out of my 75. 600rds down the pipe and there's always some small streaks at the muzzle that just aren't worth the extra trouble it takes. Doesn't matter at all since I only hunt it fouled and it shoots great that way....honestly, as long as it's dry, I don't know why I bother cleaning it at all.

RE: Sako Hunter 75 Question
CHMA
I sent an email to Terttu and got a response overnight. It looks as though I bought a used gun that was made in 9/2004. Practically brand new. This may explain the copper fouling issue.....the barrel is not broke in!!
Anyway, thanks for the email address...it was a help.
