which new rifle

I have been wanting a new rifle for deer for a while now and i have come decided to get one, but don't know what brand. I want a .270 and need to reach out to 245yrds. what brand shopuld i get, i'm wantin got spen around 350-450

Remington 700 SPS. It will come with a 24 inch barrel which will coax the most from the 270, a great caliber. It should run you about 450.00

Save up an extra $75 to you higher end limit and you should be able to find a very fine quality and accurate Tikka T3. Once you own one and shot it, you'll know why it's one of the most popular new bolt action rifleson the market today.

If accuracy is more important than looks, try a savage 110 with the acutrigger But the Remington 700 that James B mentioned is a sweet and attractive rifle. Also consider the Weatherby Vanguard. It is made by Howa in Japan.

Savage 111 Package rifle is a very good deal for the money, or a HOWA 1500 or Weatherby Vanguard.
