(When you say "bullet", we assume you mean bullet. The way your question reads, however, makes me wonder if you are asking about cartridges or chamberings rather than projectiles??)

In regards to "bullet" depends on the situation.
For elk and mooseI like the TSX and NP. Though I have used the AB as well. I just like the other for insurance reason on larger/tougher game.
For Deer any of the above but my most used/favorite deer bullet has been the Nosler Ballistic Tip. I am in a toss upwhether to stick with 140TSX, try the 160AB's or fall back to my 150NBT load this year for mulie and whitetail. All shoot very well from my 7mm rem mag......decisions!
If it was cartridge I like the 270 better for deer and the 06should get the nod for anything above just based on bullet selection for usage. Though I'd skipthe 06'personally and move to 7mm rem mag or 300 WM.
