i ahve one as well in a 30-06 and its is a great rifle and shoots wonderful. when i first got mine, before i put the scope on it, i shot it with the iron sights at fifty yards. 4 shot at fifty yars were in a spot the size of a nickle or penny. amazing shot group i think for shootin without a scope. very reliable gun. has never given me any problems

Excellent rifle. I have had four of five of them. All shot very well. None has ever shot a three shot group larger than 1 1/2 inches. Most bolt guns won't do much better from the box. Find its favorite load and they will shoot one inch groups all day long. Totally reliable as well.

I like to know where some people come up with they are not as accurate as bolt actions??? All the pumps I have shot have been very accurate time after time of shooting them...I think they are very accurate...Only draw back I can think of is if the slides gets iced up in the winter and sticks...It hasn't happened to me,But I am sure it could happen do to they are exposed to the weather...

Only drawback I have seen so far is dont put any rearward pressure on the forearm when ya shoot it..lol.
