nef handi-rifle

i just sold a nef handi-rifle to my cousin it isnice gun it is a .223 does anyone know what the rate of twist is on this gun i have not been able to find it anywhere

Yep mine came with a notice piece of paper saying not to use 5.56 nato military ammo in it& to use 223. rem ammoetc&that The rate of twistis 1:12"& recomending bullets noheavier then 55 grains for best accuracy.
