240 WBy vs 257 WBY

Would like to hear from people who own one of these two. Was considering getting a rifle chambered in one of them and to use it as a antelope/ muley/ coyote rifle. I have heard that the 257 WBY is by far the more popular of the two and that it is difficult to find brass for the 240. Also heard that Weatherby may can the 240 soon. Let me know what you think.

I think that if you're going to use it on mulies that the .257 is the better choice due to the heavier bullets it can take.

I had a 257wby for years and took many deer and antelope and even an elk and mountain goat with it.A great little rifle but would be even better if someone made cheaper brass for it.
