Politically Correct Crap........
 

Canada's politically correct biggest book and magazine retailer, Indigo Books and Music Inc. which operates 277 nationwide stores, which include Chapters, Indigo, Coles and SmithBooks have pulled about a dozen gun magazines from their shelves - including Gunfire Magazine, American Gunner, Guns & Ammo and Gun Games. Our sport is continually under attack by the political left and it seems our largest magazine retailer has now caved to the pressure. Pretty soon we'll have to have our gun mags delivered in plain brown wrappers. I have notified Indigo that I personally intend to totally boycot their stores from now on and I have e-mailed everyone in my address book on this. I encourage all Canadian posters here to do the same. Any comments? gg.

GG, yet another great day in history. I will pass on the word and do the same, chapters is set to open a big store hear....I won't be going now for sure.

And they said the new gun laws where to protect us ligit owners....LMAO. WACOS!!!!!!!! I just love how MR Rock started this junk and then ran away with his bunny ears pinned back...man the libs gotta go and quick. Ole Jean is making me sick, leave now and save the little you have....loser.

I guess it ranks up there with pornographic magazines ...... what a heap of crap! What ever happened to freedom of speech, another fine example of censorship. A perfect example why you should support your small area stores rather than the big chains, bet they'll carry it since they know your gonna buy it.

As for Alan Rock, he's no better or worse than the rest of them, regardless of party. Don't get me wrong, he's definitely not on my Christmas card list. But they're all crooks, filling their pockets at ower expense, and should be treated that way. Atleast the mob gave you protection for your money, these guys still ram it up your arse after they get the cash.

Support the Boycott of Indigo and any of its related stores! That's the only way to be effectively heard these days. Spent your money somewhere else!

I have been having my gun mags delivered in plain wrappers for years...mainly to keep the postal clerks from taking them home!!

It's not &quot;political correctness&quot; call it for what it is....CENSORSHIP!!! Plain and simple. But if was called that from the start it would have never gained a foothold anywhere. Now it's everpresent in the minds of mush on both sides of the border. The Socialist with thier willing accomplace in the media are winning. The only hope any of us have is for the them to lose in the up coming elections here in the states in a few weeks. If not I predict we will see another civil war and perhaps another world war in about 5-10 years.

Canadians arent the only ones being disarmed Fight4.
Depending on where you live in the states you have to deal with local &, state laws for each state & i sure wouldnt live in some of them....Then on top of that all federal laws are ( suppose to be obeyed by the states,or face federal charges.
I sure dont see many laws repealed, done away with etc after being imposed , by other less firearm friendlys like country bumkin bills socialist boys& grls club & others.

What in God's name is going on in Canada??? I just read in my local paper that Canada's Supreme Court just ruled that convicted felons serving time in a federal prison will be allowed to vote! Has your government gone completely mad or have the socialists gained total power? You have my prayers.

Isn't that the most stupid ludicrous joke you've ever heard of? We're taking the Charter of Rights - individual rights and freedoms to the level of lunacy. I thought people committing crimes and then being sentenced to prison gave up their rights and freedom, I guess not. Of course Supreme Court Justices are appointed, right? And we have the most Liberal f***ing government on the face of this earth. Although the Liberals get far less that 50 % of the popular vote, unfortunately the Right is fragmented between three parties which effectively splits the vote in favor of the Liberal a$$ wipes.

Can you imagine the logistics of having federal prisoners vote? Do candidates go into the prisons to campaign? If not, how will prisoners be informed of the various party issues and platforms? Will they set up polling stations within the prisons to accommodate the voting or do they ****** all the prisoners to outside polling stations so they can vote? And where will their votes count, in the location/riding in which the prison is located or in the home riding of each individual prisoner? My God it just makes me want to puke.

I wrote my local (Liberal) member asking her to address these issues and requesting to know what recommendations she will be making to parliament to deal with this ruling. I don't expect to hear back from her as she's one useless tit of a backbencher that thinks gun registration will resolve all gun related crime.

A disarmed public is much easier to control. What other reason is there to disarm a population? I dont remember my history dates exactly, but I think it was something like five years before Nazi Germany started rounding up Jews and Gypsies that the public was disarmed. All of us here know that guns are not the problem in regards to crime. I cant understand how anyone could imagine that taking guns away from the public would solve anything. In fact, the crime rate goes up where guns are prohibited. We have to stick together as a political group to hold back this idiocy. Its scary isnt it? The world is full of dumbasses.
