I need help
 

I have had more trouble getting this gun ready to shoot. I bought my scope mounts today. I went to mount my scope, and I realized that my gun a 7mm mag has not only been predrilled, but it also has some type of screw in the holes. I have no idea how to get these screws out. I feel like an idiot. The mounts are the two piece kind. If anyone can help please let me know. If I have not given enough information to help just say, and I will gladly give more info. Thanks in advance.

What you have are plug screws. They are in the holes just to keep dirt and crud from being able to get in there. They should be slotted for a very small standard screwdriver. I have been wondering something, is your rifle a 7mm Rem Mag or a 7mm-08 Rem? It seems I have seen you call it both, just wondering.
