Big Bore Airguns

I'm into airguns, as well as anything that fires a projectile. I searched the sight to see if any of you had tried any big game hunting with airguns. I came up with nothing so I'll inform, if it's not your bowl of beans then disregard.

Quackenbush (DAQ), Barnes and Big Bore Bob (Bob Dean) are some good names to look for. Barnes does the flashy expensive stuff while DAQ and Big Bore Bobs guns are more practical. Bob Dean has actually created one that puts out around 1000 foot pounds at the muzzle. DAQ rifles are reasonably priced and sit around 600 foot pounds. They're all capable of whitetail inside of say 50 yards. Game the size of BUFFALO have been taken at very close range with big bore airguns. Really fun, and can be legal in places we're muzzle loaders are also...

Very Interesting. Don't know what else to say other than the history about L&C and Napolean was neat.
