Intro & Rifle Selection
 

Howdy,

I'm new on the forum but have been lurking a while.

I'm looking for makes/models that have the options I'm wanting.

*22-250 or 7mm Rem. Ultra Mag.
*Bolt Action
*Not Single Shot
*Perferably laminate thumbhole stock

All I've found is the Browning A-Bolt M1000, it's a little pricey and I don't believe it's offerend in the 7mm Rem. Ultra Mag.

Who can suggest some nice rifles chambered for the calibers?

You can buy nearly any bolt action rifle you want and simply remove the old stock and put on a thumbhole stock for an extra $150 or so. Sometimes you can even come out cheaper that way. Most bolt rifle manufacturers make quality rifles, so brand is as much personal preference as anything. My personal preference is Browning, but to each his own.
