Short Story. On this day 62 years ago there was a blizzard in SD. When it was time for Mother to go to the hospital of Grandpa took Mom two miles to the nearest road with the horse and sliegh. My uncle came out from town with his truck with chains on and took her the rest of the way.

My dad was somewhere in the Pacific fighting in WW ll. I was almost three before he saw me for the first time.

Well anyway, it turned out to be a great day for Gun and Knife dealers in this part of the country.:DTHANKS AGAIN

I am planning on it. I think we are going to Sioux Falls Thursday night or Early Friday Morning. What day are you going? I could run up there from SF or stop Sunday on the way home. That was the 25&26 right?

I will probably just go on Sunday. Sundays usually are better for me, with spring work here now I will more than likely be cleaning seed wheat for guys non-stop now.
