i need some of your guys help on a pistol plz
 

last nite my uncle gave me a pistol ... i was wondering if you guys could give me as much info on this firearm as possible...i've looked but had no results.. Harrington & Richardson Arms Co, Worchester. Mass U.S.A. is stamped on the top of the barrel.... on the left side of the barrel 38 S&W CTGE is stamped on it....its a five shot and breaks open at the top..on the bottom of the grip there is some numbers i'm guessing there serial numbers maybe not but they are 346587.... if you guys could find some info on it or know anything about it i'd really appreciate it... thx:)

Hear is a piece of advice for you Hang on to that gun H&R went out of business in the early 70's I have an H& R and love it they will keep gaining in value as the years progress.

There was a time when .38 S & W's (as opposed to .38 specials and .357's), were very plentiful. That is on old cartridge. Now I don't even see the ammo on the shelf, although you can order it. I would just take care of it and keep it in the family.
