So boydsa, are the seasons and restrictions being opened up on bears? I'd love to make that a vacation/hunt sometime.

thanks to evreyone for the good advice. been shooting every weekend since christmas w/the 44, and am "comfortably proficient" with it. good suggestion on the 357-my 12 year old has shot my brother's, and he loves it. and he's got a birthday coming up....
