LAND! LAND! LAND!! BIG BUCKS & TURKEYS
I have 100+ acres located in the southern tier farmland of NY state. It is level ground and high up looking over a valley. The town is Newark Valley, NY.. The ground consists of 75% timber and 25% fields. I have put in food plots of alfalfa and clover mix, the deer have torn it up. Incase anyone doesn't know, this area of NY was all shotgun zone, and last year the state change the regs. to make this area a RIFLE ZONE!!! Last season was awesome, I took a 142" 10 point during gun, anda 13 point 130" class buck during muzzleloader. I am unfortunately selling due to having to relocate to FL.
