Micro Hunter 300 WSM

Just wondering if anyone out there has or has shot a Browning Micro Hunter in a 300 WSM caliber. If so, what is the recoil like compared to a 270?

I have the micro hunter in.270wsm and I put a sims limbsaver recoil pad on it because it is short and lite. Also I replaced the factory trigger spring with a Timney spring (very easy to do).It shoots very nice and very accurate. The .300wsm will probably kick a lot more but with the sims pad shouldn't be too bad.

Hey is that Timney spring for the adjustable trigger in the A-Bolt? I have a 300WSM stalker and have adjusted the trigger pull all the way down and would like it lighter than it is. Is it easy to install or do you need a gunsmith?

I think the one on my hunter is adjustable, and it takes longer to take the stock off than to replace the spring. I beleive you take off a "c" clip then the pin for the trigger will come out then pivot the trigger forward and the spring comes right out. very easy.
