RE: Over/Under thoughts.
I purchased a Fausti O/U from Wal-Mart in October 2005. Its roughly a $600 shot gun. The one I bought had a ding on the stock so they had it reduced to $250. I don't know about the durability of the shotgun over a long period of time. It came with three chokes. I've used it dove and quail hunting and it shoots very nice. It has nice engravings on it. I like it real well.

I own a Ruger Red Label and it is a nice gun, but I don't know if it was worth the nearly $1,000 I speant for it... Actually I ran accross the CZ's a few weeks back... They don't get really any press, but to me they seemed VERY nice... I can't say I really know too much about O/U's though... My friend who shoots skeet/trap/etc. competetively would say where all nuts and save your money and buy one of the really upper echelon groups.. Berretta, Browning, etc. To me it is a shotgun and darn-it you can't tell me these things are shooting 1" groups at 100 yards!!!

The CZ Redhead is quite a nice O/U for the money. There is a local guy here who works on O/U shotguns. Kind of a speciality. He says the Browning Citori is best of the bunch, from an engineering standpoint. FWIW
