Stell shot for Winchester 1200???

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows weather or not I can use steel shot in a Winchester 1200 12ga. I know this is an older shotgun, so I was curious.

I have used steel shot in my Win 1200. It is a veyr old gun that my Grandfather gave me.
