17hmr ammunition

Can you reload 17 hmr cases? If this is a dumb question bear with me I have never attempted to reload my shells. I would be interested though.

No they are a rimfire cartridge and as such not reloadable. They are a one shot buy off the shelf deal.

The 17HMR falls in the same family as the 22 MAG and 22LR. All rim fire cartridges that cannot be reloaded as bigbulls mentioned.

The 17HMR falls in the same family as the 22 MAG and 22LR. All rim fire cartridges that cannot be reloaded, except the .17 Rem which is center fire.
