How about a couple custom S&W revolvers? The top one is my model 19 "K" frame chambered in 25/20 Winchester with a 5" bbl., and the bottom one is also a "K" frame, and it's chambered in44 spl. with a 4" bbl..

I had both built by "Spokehandguns" many years ago, and they both have put a pile of meat in my freezer.

I "designed and swage" a "Keith" style 25 cal. jacketed bullet just for this 25/20. I use "spent" shotgun primers for the jackets, and they work "very" well. Once i figured out what i wanted to do, i went to visit Ted Smith (the bullet swage equipment inventer/builder guru) and he and i built all the dies for this and a couple other projects i have.

You can see in the picture how the SWC design looks (center) compared to a factory load (left) and the "normal" pointed bullets for 25 cal... By casting my own cores out of scrap lead, it cost very little to shoot this revolver.

WOW, how time flies!! It's been many years since i did this project!!

Well... This is actually my fathers favorite gun... His arthritis in his hands gets worse by the day (it is really sad to see). Anyway, I have basically inherrited it. Older (no warning on it), SAKO Finnbear manlicher stock in 25-06. Took this fox over the past weekend with it.

Nice rifle-you really destroyed that fox!!

Nice drilling - good shooting! Too bad we can't get H205 any more-I have a double-barreled J.P. Sauer 8X60RS that needs it! This was shot at 100 yards, R-L, R-L, R-L with 200-grain Nosler Partitions, MV 2450 FPS.

Here's another pict.my "baby", i pretty much don't hunt with anything else anymore. It's a Krieghoff Semper 16-16 x 8x57jrs(.323 bore) with a Krieghoff 22Win. mag."insert" bbl. in place. (i also have a 22 lr insert bbl.for it) I think it pretty much covers all of my hunting needs.

I shoot 200 Nosler partitions in it at 2,350fps and it absolutely flattens what ever you hit if you do your part at all, includeing the 8 point below i harvested a few weeks ago.

Looks like there are a lot of proud owners, of some great looking guns on this site!! Thanks to the others who posted picts of there favorites here!
